This policy describes how PyExec, Inc. collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our services.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, information we collect automatically when you use our services, and information we receive from third parties.
Information you provide: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password. When you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing information through our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers directly.
Automatically collected information: When you use PyExec, we log job submissions, execution times, API requests, IP addresses, browser type, and usage patterns. We use this data to operate and improve our service.
Job content: Code you submit and files you upload are stored temporarily for execution and for your job history. We do not train AI models on your code or data without your explicit consent.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:

3. Information sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
Service providers: We share information with vendors who assist us in providing services, including cloud infrastructure (AWS), payment processing (Stripe), error monitoring (Sentry), and email delivery (Postmark). These providers are bound by contractual obligations to keep information confidential.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
Business transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Job content and output files are retained according to your plan:
Free plan: Job history and files retained for 7 daysPro plan: Job history retained for 90 days; files for 30 daysBusiness plan: Unlimited job history; files retained for 90 days
You may delete your account and request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@pyexec.io.
5. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

All Python code runs in isolated containers with no access to the internet or other users' data. We follow the principle of least privilege for all internal systems.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
