Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using PyExec. They govern your use of our platform and services.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using PyExec (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including users who contribute content, information, or other materials through the Service.

2. Description of service

PyExec provides a cloud-based platform for executing Python code, processing files, and automating data workflows. The Service includes a web interface, REST API, and supporting infrastructure.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

3. Account registration

To use most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Execute code that attempts to escape the execution sandbox or access other users' data
Submit code designed to perform denial-of-service attacks against any system
Scrape, mine, or harvest data from third-party websites without authorization
Generate, distribute, or store illegal content
Circumvent rate limits or usage quotas through technical means
Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies, with or without notice.

5. Intellectual property

Your content: You retain all rights to the code, data, and files you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process and store it solely to provide the Service.

Our content: The Service, including its design, codebase, documentation, and trademarks, is owned by PyExec, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without written permission.

Feedback: If you provide suggestions or feedback about the Service, we may use that feedback without compensation or obligation to you.

6. Payment and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

If your payment fails, we may suspend your account until payment is received. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged for subsequent periods.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PYEXEC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
